All documents and materials involving the preparation of the amicus brief filed by the University with the U.S. Supreme Court in Fisher v. University of Texas at Austin (decided 2013). 2. All documents and materials from 2003 to present that discuss undergraduate admission decisions that involve comparison and selection from among students who are attending the same high school; of course, information that would identify individual students may be redacted. 3. All documents and materials that discuss race and ethnicity in the context of the award of scholarships and other financial aid. 4.All documents and materials that discuss race, ethnicity, and sex in the context of recruiting, hiring, and promotion of faculty members."
