Documents or partially responsive information have been posted to your request. These documents are being provided in accordance with the North Carolina Public Records Act. The attached documents fulfill your request for all billings/invoices by the Redevelopment Collective and your request for correspondence between the School of Government and the entity, which was solely owned and operated by Carl Webb. As noted in the documents, the Redevelopment Collective contracted with a number of project managers who worked for both the Redevelopment Collective and for DFI.  A search for their correspondence with the School of Government produced a large amount of data that would need to be sorted through and separated. Rather than going through that process – which would require an extensive review – our office suggests narrowing the request using search phrases relevant to your topics of interest. Alternately, we could prepare an estimate for the cost to conduct that review.

Sincerely,

The Public Records Office
